Chef Manager - Contract Catering - Reigate - £45,000

We're recruiting a Chef Manager to lead a well-established Business & Industry contract catering site in Reigate.

This is a small, friendly operation with around 700 people on site, serving approximately over 100 freshly prepared hot meals each day.

You'll be supported by a Relief Chef and Chef de Partie, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering great food, leading your team and building a strong relationship with the client.

Lunch service finishes at 2:00pm, leaving plenty of time for preparation, administration and planning before heading home.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Manage and develop a small team
• Cook fresh, high-quality food
• Manage ordering, stock and food costs
• Help develop seasonal menus
• Build strong client relationships
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

About You

• You'll already be working as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within contract catering, education, hotels or high-volume fresh food operations.
• You'll enjoy leading a team, cooking from scratch and taking ownership of your kitchen while delivering consistently high standards.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
