HR Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €70,000 per annum

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international food service and hospitality organisation based in Amsterdam.

This is a key role for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational areas, supporting employees and stakeholders within a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

• Manage and deliver a broad range of HR activities across the business
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support to local and international stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted HR partner
• Support employee engagement, development, and organisational growth
• Advise managers on HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement across HR operations
• Work closely with teams across the business to support organisational goals
• Operate independently while adding value across multiple areas of the organisation

About You

• Fluent or native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience working within an international organisation, ideally within hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment
• A well-rounded HR professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
