Salary: ISK 850,000 – 1,000,000 per month

As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, leading a team of up to 50 employees in peak season while ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the owners and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

• Lead the daily operations of the hotel
• Manage, motivate, and support the team
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Ensure the hotel runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience

About You

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Operations Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused
• Looking for a long-term opportunity
• Fluent English is required
