We're recruiting a talented Head Chef to lead the food operation at a prestigious law firm in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a premium Business & Industry contract, leading a busy breakfast, lunch and hospitality operation with a strong focus on fresh food, retail dining and modern food concepts.

The Role

• Lead the full kitchen operation.
• Manage and develop a brigade of 5 chefs and 3 Kitchen Porters.
• Work closely with the Hospitality Sous Chef.
• Create fresh seasonal retail menus.
• Deliver exceptional breakfast and lunch service.
• Lead live cooking and customer-facing food concepts.
• Manage ordering, stock and food costs.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.

About You

• Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business & Industry.
• Strong fresh food and retail background.
• Hospitality experience is desirable.
• Confident working in a customer-facing environment.
• Passion for food trends and menu development.
• A hands-on leader who inspires their team.
