Sous Chef

Location: Whistler, British Columbia

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen operation.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Coach and develop culinary team members.
• Assist with menu development, inventory, food cost, and labour management.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Ideal Candidate

• Several years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Culinary certification and food safety credentials are considered an asset.
