The Role

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales across food, drink and accommodation.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Manage budgets, stock, labour and overall financial performance.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and encourage repeat business.

About You

• Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up.
• Strong food-led pub or hospitality background.
• Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and KPIs.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible on the floor.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and developing people.
