JOB DESCRIPTION



Work closely with customer service, plant schedulers, and other production departments to plan and execute daily production schedule.

Supervise/Manage employees directly on a continual basis.

Maintain equipment and work areas and eliminate safety hazards.

Check material shortages, machine or equipment defects and causes for delays.

Interview screened applicants.

Recommend terminations, transfers, promotions and wage adjustments.
