We’re recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join a prestigious venue in Mayfair.

This is an excellent opportunity for a restaurant-trained chef to move into premium contract catering while maintaining high culinary standards.

You’ll support a small kitchen team delivering family-style staff dining alongside high-end hospitality, canapés, bowl food and corporate events.

• £43,000
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am–3:00pm

The Role

• Support the Head Chef with the daily kitchen operation.
• Take responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Deliver fresh breakfast and lunch services.
• Produce premium canapés, bowl food and event catering.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Help organise ordering, preparation and kitchen service.
• Support and supervise the Kitchen Porters.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

About You

• Previous Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef experience.
• Restaurant background with excellent hospitality experience.
• Confident producing canapés, bowl food and premium event catering.
• Passionate about fresh food and presentation.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable leading a small team.
• Able to work within a professional corporate environment.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
