We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager to lead a vibrant operation featuring a busy pub, sophisticated bar and excellent restaurant.

The role

• As General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the venue’s day-to-day success.
  
  You’ll inspire your team, maintain excellent standards and drive the business forward.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, motivating and developing the management and front-of-house teams
• Delivering consistently excellent hospitality
• Driving sales, profitability and local engagement
• Managing budgets, labour costs, stock and operational performance
• Maintaining high standards across food, drink, service and presentation
• Recruiting, training and retaining a first-class team
• Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health and safety requirements

About you

• You’ll be a confident and energetic hospitality leader with:
• Previous experience managing a high-volume pub, bar or restaurant
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• A genuine passion for food, drink and memorable service
• Excellent people-management and communication skills
• The ability to lead from the floor and set the standard
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
