I'm working with one of the UK's best-known hospitality brands on the search for an Operations Director to join the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth and evolution.

This is a business with a strong heritage, an established national estate and ambitious plans for the future.

They are looking for an experienced operational leader who can balance strategy with execution, build high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability, consistency and commercial excellence across a multi-site operation.

This is a genuine executive-level opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

The role will include:

• Leading and developing a senior multi-site operations team.
• Driving commercial performance across a national estate.
• Taking full ownership of operational KPIs, P&L, labour and profitability.
• Embedding operational excellence, consistency and best practice.
• Improving customer experience and operational standards.
• Partnering with multiple support functions to deliver business strategy.
• Developing future leaders and strengthening succession planning.
• Supporting business transformation and future growth initiatives.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have:

• Significant senior leadership experience within branded multi-site hospitality.
• A strong commercial background with full P&L accountability.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed operational teams.
• A proven track record of improving performance, standards and profitability.
• Experience delivering change, transformation or business growth.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at executive level.
