Apprentice Nursery Practitioner
An opportunity has arisen for an ApprenticeNursery Practitioner to join a well-established childcare provider committed to delivering a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive through high-quality early years of education and care.
As an ApprenticeNursery Practitioner, you will report to the Room Leader, working alongside experienced childcare professionals, supporting childrens daily care and learning while developing your skills through an Early Years apprenticeship programme.

You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the day-to-day care, learning and development of young children.
* Assisting with planned indoor and outdoor activities that encourage childrens development.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Helping children feel safe, secure and settled within the nursery environment.
* Encouraging childrens communication, play and social development.
* Following nursery routines, policies and procedures always.
* Attending team meetings and contributing to the smooth running of the nursery.
* Reporting accidents, incidents and potential hazards promptly.
* Looking after toys, equipment and learning resources, ensuring they are clean, safe and well maintained.
* Taking an active role in your own learning and professional development throughout your apprenticeship.
What we are looking for:
* Enrolled on, or willing to undertake, an Early Years Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship.
* Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Willingness to learn from experienced childcare professionals.
* Able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
