An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to join an established estate agency operating across the local residential property market, supporting clients with property sales and related services.

As a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant, you will be managing property sales from the branch, working directly with clients, conducting viewings and negotiating agreed sales.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £25,000, OTE £40,000 and benefits.

Candidates should live within approximately a 30-minute commute of the office.

What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Estate Agency Negotiator or in a similar role.


* Prior experience working within an estate agency


* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car


* Confident verbal and written communication skills


* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Competent IT skills


* A professional and presentable approach


Shift:



* 5-day working week


* Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm


* Every second Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm


* A day in lieu is provided for Saturday work
