We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Generic Community Service.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Generic Community Service supports adults with a range of care and support needs within the community, completing assessments, reviews and care planning to promote independence and wellbeing.

The team works closely with adults, families, carers and partner agencies to manage risk, safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure appropriate support is in place.

This is a varied role suited to a confident Adult Social Worker with strong assessment skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Experience working in a Adult Social Work Team lends well to the success of this position.
