General Manager – Premium Pub with Boutique Rooms – £60k + Live-In

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the lead at a fantastic, high-quality pub operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong pub operator who loves being on the floor, building a great team and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll have full ownership of the day-to-day operation, with the autonomy to drive standards, sales and profitability while putting your own stamp on the business.

The Role

• As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the pub, including:
• Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance
• Maintaining excellent food, drink and service standards
• Managing labour, stock, budgets and operational costs
• Recruiting, training and retaining great people
• Building relationships with the local community and driving repeat business
• Ensuring the pub operates safely, efficiently and to consistently high standards

About You

• We’re looking for an established General Manager with strong pub experience and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable running a busy operation and understands both the people and commercial sides of a successful pub.
  
  You’ll know how to create a great culture, develop your team and deliver results without compromising the guest experience.

The Package

£60,000 salary + Live-In Accommodation
