Bar Manager – Up to £45,000 – Competitive Socialising

40h Contract – 2 Venues

We’re looking for a Bar Manager to join a seriously fun, fast-paced competitive socialising business, overseeing 2 London venues across bar and restaurant operations.

This is not a role for someone looking to step away from service.

We’re looking for a true hands-on operator who loves being on the floor, leading from the front and creating an amazing experience for every guest.

You’ll spend around 85% of your time in service, working across both venues and getting stuck into the day-to-day operation.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys being on the floor
• Is passionate about customer service and guest experience
• Thrives in high-volume, energetic venues
• Is hands-on and leads by example
• Has strong team leadership and training skills
• Is confident managing busy bar operations across multiple sites
• Enjoys working in a fun, social and high-energy environment

The role will include:
• Leading and developing the bar teams across both venues
• Training, coaching and motivating staff
• Being hands-on in service and driving exceptional guest experience
• Supporting quarterly menu development
• Stock control, ordering and inventory management
• Maintaining operational and service standards across both sites
• Working closely with the wider management team to drive performance
