We're recruiting a Relief Chef Manager to support a portfolio of premium Business & Industry contracts across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager who enjoys variety.

You'll support different kitchens, teams and mobilisations while maintaining a Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week.

The Role

• Provide Chef Manager cover across multiple sites.
• Lead kitchens during holidays and vacancies.
• Support new openings and mobilisations.
• Train and develop kitchen teams.
• Assist with food development projects.
• Complete site audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain excellent food, safety and operational standards.

About You

• Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.
• Strong Contract Catering or B&I background.
• Confident leading different kitchen teams.
• Fresh food and hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and your own car essential.
• Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling across the region.
