The Role

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team of this prestigious restaurant.

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a luxury  site, featuring top-class Mediterranean food for lunch and dinner.

The Restaurant

• Concept: Mediterranean fine dining, inspired by the French Riviera
• Covers: 250-300 daily
• Brigade: 20 chefs
• Service: Lunch and dinner
• Style: High volume, fast-paced, premium quality

The Sous Chef Role

• Support the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen brigade.
• Oversee menu prep, service, rotas, stock control, and food safety.
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards across all sections.
• Train and mentor junior chefs on the section.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

The Ideal Sous Chef

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a premium, high-volume environment.
• Experience in Mediterranean or French cuisine is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for quality food.
