General Manager – High-Energy Cocktail Bar - Up to £55,000 + Bonus

The Role:

Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for great hospitality, cocktails and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for an outgoing, driven and charismatic General Manager to join an exciting, late-night cocktail venue in London.

This is a fun, buzzy and fast-paced environment where personality, leadership and energy really matter.

As General Manager, you’ll take the lead on the day-to-day operation of the venue, inspiring your team and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every time.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a lively late-night environment, is commercially minded and genuinely enjoys being at the heart of the action.

We’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally within a cocktail bar, late-night or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, labour costs and commercial performance
• A confident and natural team leader who knows how to motivate and develop people
• An outgoing, positive personality with plenty of energy
• Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being visible on the floor
• A flexible approach to working hours, including some late nights
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Someone ambitious who wants to grow with a business and progress their career
