Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of New York City, known for its rich history, exceptional service, and strong reputation within the market.

We’re looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy, drive revenue, and build meaningful relationships across the hotel’s key markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the hotel’s sales team
• Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
• Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing business
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Partner with hotel leadership to achieve overall commercial goals

About You

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury or full-service hospitality
• Strong knowledge of the New York City hotel market
• A confident, relationship-driven sales leader with a strong commercial mindset
• Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
• Strong understanding of revenue generation, business development, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
