We're partnered with a growing, hospitality-focused restaurant group looking for an experienced Chef to lead the culinary team and drive the day-to-day kitchen operation.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate culinary leader who loves developing people, maintaining high food standards, and creating a positive kitchen culture.

The group has a strong focus on internal development, with plenty of opportunity to grow as the business continues to expand across Canada and the US.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day culinary operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of execution
• Creating a positive kitchen culture built around teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
• Coaching and mentoring team members while identifying and developing future culinary leaders
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and cleanliness
• Managing food costs, inventory, ordering, labour, and other controllable expenses
• Supporting menu execution and ongoing development of culinary skills across the team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience leading a culinary team in a busy, full-service restaurant
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, labour, ordering, and scheduling
• Proven leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
• High standards for food quality and consistency
• Energetic, positive, and hands-on leadership style
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to continue growing their career
