We're partnered with an exciting high-end boutique restaurant preparing to open in Paris, Texas, and we're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation from day one open.

This is a great opportunity for a strong operator who enjoys building something from the ground up.

You'll play a key role in establishing the culture, developing the team, and setting the operational standards for what is expected to be a standout addition to the local dining scene.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the restaurant opening and all day-to-day operations
• Establishing strong operational systems and service standards
• Creating a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and excellence
• Managing scheduling, labour, inventory, and day-to-day financial performance
• Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and presentation
• Building relationships with guests and developing a strong regular clientele
• Supporting local marketing and community engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience
• Experience in upscale, high-end, or elevated full-service restaurants
• New opening experience is a strong asset
• Wine and beverage knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Hands-on, personable, and confident leadership style
• Someone who takes pride in the details and wants to build something special
