• 7:00am-2:00/2:30pm

The Role

• Support the Head Chef with the kitchen operation.
• Create exciting, globally inspired menus.
• Deliver exceptional breakfast and lunch service.

• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef.
• High-quality restaurant or premium hospitality background.
• Technically strong with excellent fresh-food skills.
• Genuinely passionate and curious about food.
• Creative and keen to keep developing.
