We're partnered with a Michelin restaurant in Miami Beach looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation and team.

This is a highly hospitality-driven environment where service, attention to detail, and guest experience are everything.

We're looking for a polished, hands-on leader who understands the expectations of fine dining and can lead a team to consistently deliver at a high level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading, coaching, and developing the FOH team
• Creating a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Managing staffing, scheduling, labour, and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with guests and developing a loyal clientele
• Supporting financial performance, cost controls, and overall profitability

What We're Looking For

• MUST have previous fine dining restaurant management experience
• Michelin experience is highly preferred
• Level Two Sommelier Certification required;
• Previous General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Strong understanding of elevated service and hospitality standards
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Polished, personable, and confident on the floor
• Strong operational and financial understanding
