Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $75,000–$95,000

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading golf brand for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee the full F&B operation at a prestigious private golf property in Scottsdale.

The Role

The Food & Beverage Director will lead day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and event functions
• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team, with a strong focus on service standards
• Manage budgets, P&L, labor, inventory and cost controls
• Develop and implement operational and financial plans
• Build strong relationships with members, guests, vendors and internal teams
• Oversee private events and special functions
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall F&B experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably within a private club, golf club, resort or upscale hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Proven experience with budgeting, P&L and cost control
• Excellent communication and member/guest service skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, service-driven environment
• Strong understanding of current food & beverage trends and operations
