The Role

• Welcome and assist VIP guests throughout their journey.
• Deliver a personalised, luxury guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and lounge experiences.
• Support premium food & beverage service and maintain presentation standards.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, aviation, or premium customer service.
• Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused with a passion for luxury service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
