Marketing Manager – Hospitality – Up to £45,000

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager (or a Marketing executive to step up) to join an exciting hospitality business and play a key role in driving the marketing strategy across the brand.

This is a great role for a marketer who loves the energy of hospitality and wants a position that is varied, creative and genuinely hands-on.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across social, digital, CRM, partnerships, events and content, with plenty of scope to bring new ideas to the table.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of exciting marketing campaigns from initial idea through to delivery
• Managing the social media presence and making sure the content really reflects the brand
• Working across digital, CRM, partnerships and events to drive engagement and revenue
• Planning and coordinating content with internal teams, creatives and external agencies
• Working closely with venue teams to make sure marketing activity lands successfully on the ground
• Writing and developing engaging copy across different channels
• Managing multiple campaigns and projects at the same time
• Looking at campaign results and customer data to understand what’s working and where there are opportunities to improve
• Bringing fresh ideas and keeping the brand relevant within the fast-moving hospitality market

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, food & drink, lifestyle or events
• Strong experience across social, digital, CRM, partnerships and events
• A real passion for content and social media
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of marketing performance and data
• Confidence working with designers, content creators, agencies and operational teams
• Plenty of energy, creativity and a proactive approach
