We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join an award-winning global leader in executive aviation hospitality, where excellence, personalization, and seamless service define every guest interaction.

In this role, you will oversee the VIP Lounge operations, ensuring a world-class, highly personalized experience for high-profile clients.

As the on-site leader during shifts, you will drive service excellence, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Oversee meet-and-greet operations, lounge assignments, and personalized service from arrival to departure
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver 5-star service, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules
• Operational Coordination: Supervise F&B, Guest Experience, and Butler teams; ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Service Recovery: Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation
• Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies, health and safety standards, and maintain required records
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with brand standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VVIP guests, managing requests, preferences, and feedback to create seamless, memorable experiences
• Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a culture of anticipatory service, loyalty, and guest engagement

Key requirements:

• Education: Minimum High school diploma or official certification; valid driver’s license required
• Experience: 5+ years in luxury hospitality, with 1+ year in a supervisory/managerial role; multilingual skills preferred
• Preferred background as hotel Front Office Manager and/or F&B Manager, VIP Lounge Manager, Private Members Club Manager
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
• Technical Skills: Intermediate IT proficiency (MS Office, database management)
• Personal Attributes: Passion for hospitality, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
