An exciting opportunity to open and lead this gorgeous restaurant in Baku – high volume and fast paced premium dining restaurant!

This is far from a conventional GM role, you will be responsible for building the team, culture and operation from the ground up — while owning the full P&L and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for:

• Proven GM / senior operator experience in ultra-premium, high-volume restaurants
• International pre-opening experience is essential
• Strong commercial and P&L expertise
• Charismatic, hands-on, floor-led leadership style
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams from scratch
• Strong understanding of premium F&B and multi-revenue operations
• Established network within Dubai’s F&B scene
• International exposure across Australia, South Africa, New Zealand or the UK is highly valued
• Beneficial if you speak Russian or Turkish language
