Front of House Manager – Turks & Caicos Luxury Resort

Location: Turks & Caicos
Salary: Up to US$49,000 (no income tax) depending on experience plus service charge

We are recruiting for a luxury resort in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead key guest-facing departments and play an important role in the overall resort operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to progress into senior resort leadership, with the successful candidate stepping into the Resort Manager role during days off and vacation periods.

The Role

• Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Butler Team, Tour Desk, Spa and Watersports
• Take overall responsibility for the guest arrival and departure experience
• Directly manage the Front Office and Concierge teams
• Oversee the Watersports Manager and Spa Manager, who report directly into the role
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Be hands-on in the daily operation, taking ownership of issues and making confident decisions
• Step into the Resort Manager role when required, gaining valuable exposure to broader resort operations

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong OPERA proficiency – essential
• Excellent Front Office and Concierge/Reservations experience
• Previous Rooms Division experience highly advantageous
• Proven experience leading diverse, multicultural teams
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Hands-on management style with a willingness to be involved in the day-to-day operation
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Confident and capable of stepping into a broader Resort Manager role
• Caribbean hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Proactive, decisive and operationally strong, with the ability to work independently
