Resourcing Coordinator - Experienced Hires & Early Careers

Job Description:

We're recruiting for an experienced Resourcing Coordinator to join our client in Edinburgh's city centre on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

Within this role, you would take a leading role in coordinating interviews and assessment centres across experienced hires and early careers.

The role offers a hybrid working model and an ASAP start.

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination within a busy, fast-paced environment.


• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities.


• Ideally, exposure to both experienced hire and early careers recruitment.


• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Confidence using recruitment systems and digital technology.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments and assessment centres across multiple vacancies and campaigns.


• Attend and support assessment centres, ensuring candidates, assessors, schedules, materials and technology are well coordinated.


• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication.


• Liaise with hiring managers, interviewers and resourcing specialists to keep recruitment activity on track.


• Manage scheduling changes, logistics, technology and candidate requirements.


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support recruitment administration.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the candidate experience.
