OPERATIONS MANAGER | MULTI-UNIT HOSPITALITY QATAR

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational and commercial performance across a multi-brand hospitality portfolio, covering multiple outlets as well as catering and events.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded operator who is equally comfortable analysing a P&L as being on the floor during service.

The Role:

• Lead and coach multiple Restaurant Managers and the Catering Manager
• Own operational performance, P&L, labour and controllable costs
• Drive consistent SOP, service and food-quality standards across all outlets
• Build and grow the catering & events business
• Improve labour efficiency through demand-led scheduling
• Drive guest experience and service standards
• Oversee delivery-platform performance and operational compliance
• Support franchise readiness and the development of scalable operating systems
• Act as the key escalation point for operational issues across the business

We Are Looking For

✔️ 8–10+ years hospitality operations experience
✔️ 3–4+ years as a Multi-site / Area or Operations Manager level operator in elevated casual dining restaurant brands
✔️ Strong multi-unit / multi-brand experience
✔️ Proven P&L and commercial management capability
✔️ Experience across different hospitality formats highly advantageous
✔️ Franchise / replication experience strongly preferred
✔️ GCC or Qatar hospitality experience preferred
✔️ A hands-on leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the floor
