Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
Location: Tadcaster
Working pattern: Office based

What you'll be doing

• Managing and developing an existing client base across commercial, rural and private client lines


• Generating new business through your own network and the brokerage's strong market reputation


• Taking full ownership of your desk and your client relationships


• Working collaboratively within a small, ambitious team that values quality over volume


• Delivering the kind of service that turns clients into long-term advocates

What they're looking for

• A proven Commercial Account Executive ready to take real ownership


• A new business mindset - someone who enjoys developing relationships on their own terms


• Minimum 2 years' experience, Cert CII or above preferred


• Acturis experience beneficial


• Ambitious, self-motivated and collaborative - a team player, not just a desk-filler
