Insurance Sales Executive - Dartford - Up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Dartford
Working pattern: Office based

What you'll be doing

• Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development


• Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions


• Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business


• Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge


• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout


• Growing into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional over time

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a sales environment


• A natural communicator - confident on the phone and great with people


• Driven, ambitious and motivated by results


• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment
