Head Chef - Luxury Events Catering – North-East London - £65,000-£70,000

We're recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead a brand-new central production kitchen in North East London, delivering exceptional food for luxury events across London and the Sout-East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing events operation, with genuine creative freedom, premium British produce and events ranging from intimate private dining to 1,000+ guest celebrations.

The Operation

• Brand-new CPU in North-East London.
  
  
• Luxury weddings, private dining and corporate events
• Bespoke menus for every client
• Events from 20 to 1,000 guests
• Around 45 kitchen employees, including freelancers
• Modern British food with restaurant-quality presentation

The Role

• Lead the CPU and overall kitchen operation
• Plan and deliver multiple high-end events
• Create seasonal menus using premium British produce
• Lead, coach and develop the kitchen brigade
• Oversee production, prep and event logistics
• Manage food costs, labour and kitchen performance
• Drive creativity, presentation and new food ideas

About You

• Experienced Head Chef from premium events, banqueting or luxury hospitality
• Strong experience leading busy production kitchens and large teams
• Passionate about modern British food and seasonal produce
• Creative, commercially aware and highly organised
• Hands-on, reliable and comfortable delivering at scale
