Operations Manager – Restaurant Group

Location: Bahrain

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to lead a growing independent restaurant group in Bahrain, overseeing multiple established dining concepts and supporting the launch of a new casual dining brand, with further expansion planned.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple premium dining restaurants within a quality-driven hospitality group.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability, financial performance and cost control.
• A hands-on, operationally focused leader who leads by example and maintains exceptional service standards.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and motivate teams, fostering accountability and a strong service culture.
• Experience overseeing operational standards, guest experience and overall restaurant performance.
• A track record of supporting new openings, concept launches and business expansion.
• GCC experience preferred, although Bahrain experience is not essential.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive within an independent restaurant group.

Salary: Open and negotiable, depending on experience.
