We're recruiting a creative Head Chef for a brand-new Contract Catering operation within a modern business workspace in Central London.

This is a proper blank-canvas opportunity.

You'll have full autonomy over the menu, the freedom to build the food offer from scratch and the chance to really put your own stamp on a new contract with a brilliant independent, family-run catering company.

The Role

• Take full ownership of the kitchen and food offer.
• Design and develop the entire menu from scratch.
• Lead fresh food production and daily service.
• Deliver hospitality when required.
• Engage with customers from the open kitchen.
• Manage food costs, ordering, stock and compliance.
• Continuously develop the offer and bring new ideas to the table.

About You

• Contract Catering, B&I or quality restaurant background.
• Genuinely passionate and creative about food.
• Confident developing your own menus.
• Personable and comfortable in an open kitchen.
• Flexible around occasional hospitality requirements.
