Bioprocessing Consultative Business Developer - High‑Growth Start‑Up - Donostia/San Sebastian - Home‑Based Across Europe

We are partnering with an ambitious Biopharma start‑up based in Donostia/San Sebastian, now looking to appoint their first commercial hire.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to build a commercial function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in scaling a genuinely innovative business.

The company provides AI‑driven optimisation solutions for Bioprocessing Sites, helping clients improve efficiency, consistency, and decision‑making across their manufacturing operations.

To deliver this effectively, you will need a strong understanding of Bioprocessing and the ability to translate technical challenges into consultative, value‑led solutions.

Your experience may come from Pharma or Biotech, and you will likely hold a scientific or engineering degree that led you into the bioprocessing environment.

You will be selling a combination of hardware and software, so experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder technical sales cycles will be highly advantageous.

You must be able to communicate confidently in business‑level English.

Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.

Although the organisation is headquartered in Donostia/San Sebastian, you do not need to be based there.

Your remit will cover the whole of Europe, so candidates located near a major airport will be considered.

You will receive an excellent starting salary, alongside an uncapped commission structure.
