HEAD CHEF – HIGH-VOLUME FRESH FOOD VENUE

East London,  £75,000 + Tronc + Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Head Chef to take the lead at a unique and growing independent venue in East London.

This is a serious volume operation, so you must have experience running a fresh-food kitchen at £70k+ food sales (300 covers plus a day) and be comfortable delivering quality at pace.

You’ll work directly with the owners, leading the kitchen team, developing the food operation and helping shape the next stage of the business.

The venue is continuing to grow, with plans for a new roof terrace, smokers and an outdoor kitchen coming soon.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume fresh-food operation
• Experience managing £70k+ food sales
• Strong, hands-on kitchen leadership
• Excellent people management and team development skills
• A track record of developing chefs from within
• Strong commercial understanding across GP, labour and stock
• Experience with events and busy service periods
• Someone who enjoys working closely with owners and having a genuine influence on the business

This is a role for a Head Chef who wants more than just running a kitchen.

You’ll have a real say in the food operation, the team and the future development of the venue.

Ideally based in East London or within an easy commute.

£75,000 + Tronc + genuine opportunity to grow with the business - opportuntiy for more as the business is growing.
