Housekeeping Manager in Magical Bali!!

Salary Package: IDR 6 400 000 – 8 100 000

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Managerto lead our Housekeeping Department within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.

You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the Housekeeping team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort and personalised service.

The Role:

• Lead and oversee the Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas operations.
• Manage and develop Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards across the resort.
• Ensure guest preferences are anticipated and consistently exceeded.
• Drive a culture of excellence, attention to detail and personalised service.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and high team performance.

We’re looking for:

• Luxury or ultra-luxury housekeeping management experience from ultra-luxury properties, either in Bali or internationally

• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for guest service and team development
• A hands-on, professional and inspiring approach

• Ability to train, develop and lead their respective teams
