A rapidly expanding, quality hospitality group is looking for a hands-on, passionate Assistant General Manager to join their brand-new West London venue.

The group already has several sites, with two exciting openings coming shortly and ambitious plans to continue expanding across London.

This all-day restaurant celebrates traditional flavours, fresh ingredients and the joy of long lunches, lively dinners and late-night moments, set within one of London’s most exciting new destinations.

About the Position

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the venue
• Lead, motivate and develop the team
• Manage licensing, health & safety and venue standards
• Drive guest experience and atmosphere
• Oversee drinks stock, P&L and budgeting
• Support training, development and marketing

The Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on operator who loves being on the floor
• Passionate about fresh food and unique hospitality concepts
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong drinks sales
• Excellent communicator and natural team leader
• Strong stock and financial knowledge
• Experience within a large London venue, restaurant, bar or events space
• Ambitious and keen to grow with an expanding business
