As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, working closely with each department to ensure a seamless guest experience across the property.

You will act as the main point of contact during your shift, handling guest queries, supporting the operational teams, resolving any challenges efficiently and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent operational knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
