Executive Chef - Sports & Entertainment Venue

We’re partnered with a large-scale sports and entertainment venue in Memphis looking for an experienced Executive Chef to oversee culinary operation. 

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing concessions, premium hospitality, suites, catering, and event-based culinary operations within a fast-paced venue environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who understands large-scale production, operational structure, and how to execute consistently during high-volume events.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates currently based within the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all culinary operations across the venue
• Managing high-volume event and game-day execution
• Overseeing kitchen leadership teams and hourly culinary staff
• Driving food quality, consistency, presentation, and operational standards
• Managing labor, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Supporting premium hospitality, suites, concessions, and catering operations
• Training, mentoring, and developing BOH teams
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards
• Working closely with operations leadership to execute successful events

What We’re Looking For

• Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in sports, entertainment, convention centers, hotels, or large-scale hospitality operations
• Strong high-volume operational background
• Experience leading large culinary teams in fast-paced environments
• Solid financial understanding including labor and food cost management
• Organized, calm under pressure, and highly operational
