Senior Specialist - Middle Office Client Services

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in investment operations.


• Experience within asset management and similar financial services environments.


• Ability to build and manage relationships with Internal and external stakeholders, including custodian banks and counter-parties.


• Strong leadership with the ability to influence various department teams.


• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with great interpersonal skills.


• Strong understanding of securities products, trade life-cycle processes, market structures, and settlements.

Core responsibilities

• Deliver support throughout trading activities, market on-boarding, and investment operations.


• Serve as the leading contact for product, market, and technology-related queries.


• Deliver cross-functional initiatives that elevate front-office support and client outcomes.


• Assist in the development and launch of any new products, markets and investment capabilities.


• Liaise with front office, risk, compliance, technology and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, risk mitigation and seamless support across the global market and asset classes.
