We’re partnered with an exciting Asian-American restaurant concept in Langley looking for a strong Kitchen Manager to join their team.

This is a vibrant, premium-casual concept with a busy kitchen and a strong focus on great food, consistency and team culture.

We’re looking for a hands-on culinary leader who knows how to run a kitchen, develop a team and keep things moving during busy service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
• Manage, coach and develop the culinary team
• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and presentation
• Oversee prep, service and kitchen organization
• Manage ordering, inventory and food costs
• Support scheduling, training and performance management
• Help maintain recipes, SOPs and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or similar leadership experience
• Strong experience in a busy full-service restaurant
• Confident people leader with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Strong understanding of food cost, labour, inventory and kitchen operations
• High standards for food quality and consistency
• Asian cuisine experience is highly preferred
• Positive, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
