Senior Business Development Manager

$100,000–$125,000 + Bonus

We’re working with a growing entertainment business that partners with major brands and destinations across North America.

They’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow the business, with a particular focus on their Holiday division.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and creating long-term partnerships.

You’ll have plenty of freedom in the role and will be trusted to manage your own pipeline, while working closely with the wider sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

About You

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or a similar space.
• Strong track record of developing new business and building lasting client relationships.
• Confident working with senior decision-makers and creating new opportunities.
• Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multi-year contracts.
• Self-motivated, organized, and happy working independently.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams to get things done.
• Experience within the entertainment industry would be a big plus.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America.
• Build relationships with potential partners and turn them into long-term accounts.
• Manage your pipeline from the first conversation through proposals, negotiations, and signed contracts.
• Work with marketing, finance, and operations to develop proposals and bring new partnerships to life.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, some travel expected.
• Visit prospective and existing client sites when needed.
• Continue growing your network, spotting new opportunities, and bringing ideas to the wider team.
