Operations Manager - Boutique Hotel

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for a beautiful boutique property in Kildare.

Currently operating as a busy bar and restaurant, with a strong focus on great food, quality ingredients and genuine hospitality, the property will soon expand with the opening of 25 boutique bedrooms.

This is a really hands-on role, overseeing the full day-to-day operation, leading the team and maintaining strong standards across the property.

As the business develops, you will also play a key role in the opening and operation of the bedrooms.

This would be a great opportunity for an Operations Manager, Deputy GM or strong F&B Manager who enjoys being on the floor and wants to be part of an exciting growing property.
