Floor Manager
Location: Aspen, Colorado
Salary: $90,000–$120,000
Package: Housing provided, benefits after 90 days, PTO, relocation assistance negotiable

Position Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a high-end hospitality and entertainment venue in Aspen for an experienced Floor Manager to support the General Manager across a multifaceted operation combining a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality operator who can lead from the floor, deliver exceptional service standards and help create a structured, professional and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue.
• Lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage and motivate front-of-house teams across multiple activations.
• Maintain high service, hospitality and presentation standards.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure SOPs and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Work closely with culinary, bar, security and entertainment teams.
• Manage high-volume dinner service and premium guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Support ownership and senior management in delivering operational objectives.
• Help maintain a positive, accountable and team-oriented culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar experience in high-end hospitality.
• Strong background in high-volume restaurants, supper clubs, nightlife or entertainment.
• Bottle service and nightclub experience highly preferred.
• Experience with premium restaurant/entertainment concepts is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leader with excellent floor presence.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Aspen or mountain experience is not required; relocation candidates will be considered.
• Degree is not required; relevant hospitality experience is the priority.
