Location: Aspen, Colorado
Salary: $140,000–$160,000
Package: Housing provided, benefits after 90 days, PTO, relocation assistance negotiable

Position Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a high-end hospitality and entertainment venue in Aspen for an experienced General Manager to oversee a multifaceted operation combining a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can operate at a Director of Operations level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating structure, implementing SOPs and policies, developing the team and establishing operational standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the overall day-to-day operation across restaurant, après-ski and nightlife activations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, policies, procedures and operational systems.
  • Build structure and accountability across the operation.
  • Recruit, train, lead and develop a team of approximately 25–50 employees depending on activation.
  • Maintain exceptional standards across service, hospitality, guest experience and operations.
  • Partner closely with ownership on strategy, operations and business development.
  • Manage high-volume service while maintaining a premium guest experience.
  • Oversee scheduling, labor, service standards and operational performance.
  • Foster a transparent, collaborative and accountable management culture.
  • Manage relationships with hotel and external partners.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

Candidate Profile


  • Proven General Manager or senior operations experience within high-end hospitality.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants, supper clubs, nightlife or entertainment venues.
  • Experience with premium bottle service and/or restaurant-nightclub concepts highly preferred.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build systems and structure from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a confident leader who develops teams rather than relying on a “hero” management style.
  • Aspen or mountain experience is not required; relocation candidates will be considered.

Degree is not required; relevant experience is the priority
