A luxury hotel in Miami is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chefto oversee a diverse collection of culinary outlets and premium dining experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a complex luxury hotel environment and is comfortable managing multiple concepts and service styles.

The role will oversee culinary operations across an upscale pub, tapas and lounge concept, marketplace/grab-and-go outlet, in-room dining, members dining, golf operations, and exclusive private dining experiences.

The property also offers highly personalized whiskey room dinners for intimate groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple restaurants, outlets, and dining experiences.
• Lead and develop a diverse culinary team while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and service across each concept.
• Support menu development, recipe execution, ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor management.
• Work closely with F&B and culinary leadership on new concepts, private dining, and special events.
• Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence in the kitchen and during service.
• Adapt quickly between high-volume operations and highly personalized luxury dining experiences.
• Develop and mentor culinary talent while creating a positive and accountable kitchen culture.
• Maintain luxury brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have high-volume luxury hotel experience and a proven ability to manage multiple outlets within a sophisticated hospitality environment.
