Brand Leader – Restaurant Operations

Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Salary: Up to $180,000 CAD + Bonus
Hybrid – 3 days in office

We’re looking for a Brand Leader to join a major restaurant group and take ownership of a portfolio of established brands.

This is a senior opportunity for someone who understands both the customer and the business side of restaurants.

You’ll work closely with franchise partners, leadership and different teams across the business to find ways to grow the brands, improve performance and keep them relevant in a changing market.

About You

• You’ve built your career in restaurants, retail, consumer brands or a similar fast-moving environment, with strong experience across brand or commercial leadership
• You’ve worked within a franchise business and know how to build productive relationships with franchise partners
• You have a strong commercial instinct and enjoy spotting opportunities that can lead to stronger sales and profitability
• You’re a natural collaborator who can get marketing, operations and other teams pulling in the same direction
• You’re comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities and taking ownership without needing to be micromanaged

What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day direction of the brands, making sure the plans are focused on growth and what customers actually want
• Partner with franchisees to understand their challenges, share ideas and help them improve their results
• Bring teams together around new campaigns, products, menu opportunities and other initiatives that can move the brands forward
• Keep a close watch on what customers are doing, what competitors are launching and where the market is heading
• Work with senior leadership on business plans, financial performance and the longer-term opportunities for the brand portfolio
